For the next few Lunch Hour Reviews we're going to be revisiting the American Horror Story franchise. Starting with Ryan Murphy's most ambitious season yet, Hotel. Starring Lady Gaga, Evan Peters, Denis O'Hare, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Matt Bomer, Sarah Paulson, Cheyenne Jackson, Chloë Sevigny, and the incomprehensible Wes Bentley.
Home Invasion Horror!
We break into Home Invasion Horror! Audrey Hepburn's Wait Until Dark (1967), the French-extreme Inside from 2007, and Adam Wingard's You're Next from 2011.
Robert Kirkman's OUTCAST
We talk Outcast, the new show from Robert Kirkman (directed by one of our favorite directors Adam Wingard!). Based on his new comic series Kirkman tells the story of Kyle Barns (played by Patrick Fugit from Wristcutters, a Love Story is the kid from Almost Famous, and Saved!) a man haunted by demonic possessions his entire life. We also talk possessions and the history of exorcisms!
Catching Up With Clay McLeod Chapman!
While Mindy is in Las Vegas, Darren invited a guest host... the hardest working man in show business, Clay McLeod Chapman. We talk comics (Harrow County, LOW, The Wake, Wytches) and Clay's announcement that he'll be writing for the next volume of American Vampire! Also he is writing the remake of Let's Scare Jessica to Death. So much fun, so much news!

Lunch Hour Reviews The Woman in Black & Preacher
Fully exhausted by recent events Darren & Mindy move through the Hammer film Woman in Black (2012), Fear the Walking Dead, and the AMC's Preacher. Also Darren would advise that you skip Helions, and The Final Girl. Not "The Final Girls" -that is a great movie we've already covered, and Women In Caskets recently dug into on their 32nd episode.
Horror on the Radiowaves!
"Horror, on line 2. You're on." Mindy & Darren take to the airwaves to bring you horror! It turns out some genre favorites revolve around the radio dial. Pontypool (2008), The Booth (2005), Welcome to Nightvale podcast, and John Carpenter's The Fog. And also, welcome W-DIX's own D-Bag & the Minge.
Lunch Hour Reviews Goodnight Mommy, Welcome to Leith, and Ava's Possessions
We watched and compared notes for the fantastic Austrian film Goodnight Mommy (2014), and then the thriller documentary Welcome to Leith (2015)! Lastly Darren watched Ava's Possessions (2015)... and was disappointed.
